Standard Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to return or exchange a Malanest product purchased from another authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly.
Return Process

For all returns, please contact support@malanest.com to obtain a return label.
In your email, please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the next steps.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please send photos of the damaged product along with your order number to support@malanest.com.
Please include “Damaged Item” in the subject line of your email.
This request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Item not received
If an item from your order is missing, please contact us at support@malanest.com with your order number and details of the missing item. Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
