Shipping & Delivery
Order delivery time is divided into two parts:
Processing Time
This includes order verification, cutting/preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.
All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the time it takes for the item to travel from our warehouse to the destination.

Standard secure shipping with insurance: 2–5 weeks
Insured Shipping
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge as long as you provide sufficient proof.
Priority Insured Shipping
Your order will be prioritized for processing each day, and we will forward this request to our manufacturer. Depending on order volume, the estimated delivery time may be similar to or the same as standard shipping. Your shipment is insured.
Due to our warehouses being located in different areas, some products may be shipped separately, and delivery times may vary.
Tracking numbers may take a few days up to one week to update and show accurate tracking information.
Please use a third-party tracking website (e.g., https://17track.net) to track your order.
Please note that shipping times for some countries may take longer than expected.
Due to high order volume, your order may take longer than usual to ship. Please rest assured that we are working hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Change Requests
If you need to modify your order, please email us at support@malanest.com within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will be happy to assist.
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to make changes. Please double-check the size and color you selected to avoid any inconvenience.
